Hello UBL TC,

As noted here:

this call will not be an official TC meeting in terms of voting
status but rather a "work session."  The purpose of the call is
simply to provide an opportunity for TC members to touch base
regarding any issues that won't wait till we resume the normal
call schedule starting with the Pacific call 22|23 October.  If
there is no pressing business, the call will be quite short, so if
you intend to dial in, do it right at the start.

Western hemisphere participants: note that this meeting takes
place Monday evening in your time zones.
