    Review of Atlantic call minutes

       JB: Many thanks to GKH for chairing last week's Atlantic TC
       call.

       GKH: The group successfully used Yugma SE to show Yildiray's
       desktop in preparation for the eDoCreator demo 15 April.
       Participants will access the demo starting at the "Join a
       Meeting" button on the yugma.com web site.  Note that the
       yugma session cannot be started in advance, so participants
       will be given access data at the beginning of the call.

       No other comments on the Atlantic call minutes.

SCHEDULE REVIEW

    PSC (TM): Met Friday and have issued an updated UBL 2.1 issues
    list.  PLB has circulated input templates for new doc types and
    BIEs and is gathering up requirements.  We have input from ENEA
    and Danish Standards, now waiting for iSURF and CODICE.  Work
    on the spreadsheets will take place during the meeting in Rome.

    TSC (AS): Continue to work on synchronization of transportation
    elements for TBG17.  Will contact EFM for issues input.

    FIRTG (JB): Inputs received from Roberto.  ACTION: JB to
    request a new consolidated issues list.

    UBL 2.0 NDR (JB): Haven't heard from MC regarding last edits,
    but everyone else seems to be OK.  Still have DocBook
    formatting issues.

       GKH: BH should be using the OASIS 0.4 DocBook stylesheets
       that were used for UBL 2.0:

    IDD Vol. 1 (JB): Translation of the UBL 2.0 Data Dictionary
    into Japanese, Italian, and Spanish has begun its second
    (15-day) public review:

    JPLSC chair Yukinori Saito is retiring, ending several years of
    Japanese UBL localization management.  We thank Saito-san and
    the other members of the JPLSC for their work in translating
    the UBL 1.0 and UBL 2.0 Data Dictionary and for many
    substantive technical contributions to UBL itself.  All
    necessary UBL 2.0 Japanese translation having reached
    completion, work in the JPLSC will be suspended until the
    release of UBL 2.1.

    XAdES (JB): A draft charter for a new UBL Security Subcommittee
    has been proposed to the XAdES participants.

       AGREED that the Security SC should be responsible for
       liaisons to the relevant standards groups.

    Customization Guidelines (JB): Thought there were questions
    still pending, but apparently not!  ACTION: JB to create
    another draft.

    UN/CEFACT Convergence (TM): Of the three parts of the UBL
    Library -- Transportation, Procurement, and Common -- mapping
    is now complete for Transportation and Common, and the next
    step is to pass these pieces by the TC for approval.  In
    CEFACT, TBG1 is attempting an expedited document assembly for
    the Cross-Industry Invoice.

    17-21 August 2009 in Montréal, colocated with Balisage the
    previous week.
