SCHEDULE REVIEW

    http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/ubl/200906/msg00026.html

PSC (TM): Trying for PSC F2F the week of 27 August.

TSC (AS): Trying to set up a meeting with Freightwise.

ACTION: AS to schedule a TSC meeting for Friday afternoon in
       Copenhagen.

ACTION (6/16): AS to post UBLified FW data model.

       Done:

       http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/ubl-tsc/200907/msg00001.html
       http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/ubl-tsc/200907/msg00002.html

FW has also submitted some code list requirements and a spreadsheet showing
where new transport-related information items will need to be added in 2.1.

ACTION (6/16): TM to review issues/questions from FW.

       Done.

ACTION (6/30): TM to circulate a draft CCTS 2.01 DMR to the
    TC for review.

       Pending.

ACTION (6/30): TM to review UBL 2.0 documentation to
identify passages that have been or can be moved to the
    Customization Guidelines.

Done. The first two paragraphs of the CG have been copied
into the first draft of the 2.1 spec, and the section on how
to use the UBL extension has been removed from the 2.1 spec
(superseded by the fuller treatment in the CG).

UBL 2.1 DOCUMENTATION

TM has completed a first draft; JB is now beginning to edit it.
JB and TM have copies of RenderX to produce PDF.

TM: There will be more doctypes and business processes, but we
don't know what they are yet, so we haven't made a lot of
lists. We will need to standardize what the groups have
provided. So we've concentrated on placeholders in the first
    draft.

    JB: How to include transport?

TM: Currently represented by a placeholder: "intermodal freight
management." We should discuss this in the Friday TSC call.

WEB SITE UPDATES

JB: Have announced approval of IDD Vol. 1 as an OASIS Committee
Specification and added acknowledgements of software
contributions from SyncRO and RenderX per recent TC decisions.

UBL LATAMLSC FORMING

JB: UBL implementors in Peru have volunteered to form a UBL
Localization Subcommittee for Latin America. We're now in the
process of gathering participants and forming a charter to
propose to the TC. ESLSC will remain the entry point for
changes or additions to the Spanish translations. Oriol
believes that Costa Rica may be interested.

       ACTION: JB to ping Panama.

MONTRÉAL MEETING 17-21 AUGUST 2009

The meeting will be held in the downstairs lounge of the Hotel
Europa in Montréal during the week following the Balisage

Montréal time Monday 17 August 2009. Call-in information is

The Montréal meeting marks the completion of outstanding issues
and closure of the door to any data model changes till the next
    public review cycle.
