Just a quick note on this ... while there is no 
cancellation fee, there is a guilt-based no-show 
fee.  This was an innovation created by Mikkel for the free UBL Conferences:

>No show pledge - Do you accept to make a 
>donation to charity equal to 70 Euro pr. day if 
>you do not show up without informing us? *

So while you can cancel, don't forget to let them know.
