Hi Jon,

Thanks for your responses. The citation errors I found were in the pdf file. I should have pointed that out. Those in the html are fine, as you say. Regarding the footer, it is usually version-specific but as it is automatically generated, I'm happy to leave it as is. Thanks for all the fixes. I'm uploading your specs now.
