MINUTES OF ATLANTIC UBL TC MEETING

       GKH: Will be attending the TC154 meeting next week as HOD
       for Canada.

    Review of Pacific call minutes

       Regarding the TAG TC statement of use, TM informs us that
       Stephen Green has relayed our position.

UBL 2.1 PRD2 MODELS AND SCHEMAS

    TSC: (See Pacific call minutes)

    PSC (PLB): We believe that all issues have been resolved.

    GKH: Including the location coordinate issue mentioned in a
    recent TC meeting?

       ACTION: AB to send mail to the PSC list regarding the
       resolution of this item.

       ACTION: Assuming all the issues to have been resolved, AB to
       finish updating the PSC models Thursday and Friday.

       ACTION: JB to inform TSC that they are now in the critical
       path for 2.1 PRD2 schema generation.

UBL 2.1 PRD2 DOCUMENTATION

    JB: Am about halfway through an initial edit of the Digital
    Signature paper from the Security SC and will be posting a set
    of questions to the SC as soon as the first pass through the
    document has been completed.

    The request is for non-ISO currency codes not included in PRD1.
    Question: should we include a supplementary code list
    containing such nonstandard currency codes for the convenience
    of users?

       AGREED that due to the problems inherent in determining
       which codes to include in such a list, we will not try to
       include one in PRD2 at this point but will revisit the issue
       if someone advances a candidate list for consideration.

    GKH: Related issue, in another ubl-dev post today from Roberto
    citing a particular release of UN schemas for code lists:

       ACTION: TonyC to check the sources cited by Roberto to see
       whether any changes are required for the code lists in PRD2.

MESSAGE ENVELOPE FOR PRD3

    GKH has volunteered to co-chair but desires another co-chair
    familiar with the business requirements.

UBL NDR WORK

    The team will be meeting 11 Feb near DC, hosted by BH.

NDR CHECK (NIST TOOL)

    No news this week.

2011 UBL TC F2F MEETING SCHEDULE

    30 May - 3 June 2011

    October/November 2011

       This meeting has been tentatively scheduled for the week of
       31 October 2011 at Crane's facilities in Kars, Ontario (near
       Ottawa).  Current planned attendance in person:
