I agree, but UN/CEFACT releases new code lists together messages every 6
months.

I do not believe real business can wait 6 months for a new code list, this
is the evidence that the UBL decision to decouple code lists from business
documents is the right way.

This is a very small code list so maybe we could make an UBL code list 
for Incoterms 2010 direclty with the authorization of ICC without waiting
the UN/ECE version.

Is that possible ?
