PRELIMINARY AGENDA FOR UBL TC MEETING IN ANKARA 30 MAY - 3 JUN 2011

The Ankara meeting this year will be primarily devoted to  completion of 
the UBL 2.1 Committee Specification package.

MEETING LOGISTICS

    The meeting will take place at the METU Cultural and Convention 
Center (Rooms E & H), Middle East Technical University,06531 Ankara, TURKEY
  (http://www.ccc.metu.edu.tr).


OVERALL FORMAT
    Monday morning: Opening plenary
    Tuesday-Wednesday mornings: Breakouts
    Monday-Wednesday afternoons: Conference calls
    Thursday all day:  Presentations and meetings with Turkish 
government agencies and other institutions
    Friday morning: Breakouts
    Friday afternoon: Closing plenary

AC POWER AT UBL MEETINGS

    Every participant using a device that consumes AC power is reminded

INTERNET ACCESS

    Wireless internet access is available in both Rooms E & H at the 
Convention Center.
