MINUTES OF PACIFIC UBL TC MEETING MONDAY 2 MAY 2011

    Review of Atlantic call minutes

       No comments.

UBL 2.1 PRD2 STATUS

    PSC, TSC, SGTG: See list of issues from Atlantic call.

    ACTION (4/18): AS and TM to schedule a TSC meeting; TSC to rename the
    new transport contract and revise examples accordingly.

       AS: The TSC has suggested changes:

       TM: However, this is not decided yet; we are expecting a
       counterproposal from Audun.

          ACTION: TSC to attempt to resolve the issue before the end of
          this week via email.  If the issue cannot be resolved by then,
          we will implement a stopgap solution that at least ensures
          backward compatibility and then implement a final resolution in
          PRD3.

    ACTION (4/18): SRDC to make the programming change needed to remove
    the last non-ASCII character from the spreadsheets.

       We think that this problem has now been solved; we will know for
       sure when we see the next snapshot.

UBL 2.1 DIGITAL SIGNATURE PROFILE

    JB: If no comments are received by COB 5 May, we will consider the
    draft Profile to be final as far as the Security SC is concerned.

UBL 2.1 PRD2 DOCUMENTATION

    JB: New tables comparing PRD1 and PRD2 have been received from GKH
    and incorporated into the hub document.  Editing should be complete
    by the end of this week.

    ACTION: TM to send text for changes regarding Waybill in the Party
    Roles table.

TC CONCALL SCHEDULE

    TM: Since not that many people are actually traveling for the meeting
    in Ankara, we should hold regular con calls the week before rather
    than canceling them as we usually do.

       AGREED (pending discussion in the Atlantic call) to hold regular
       meetings the week of 23 May.
