MINUTES OF PACIFIC UBL TC MEETING MONDAY 25 JULY 2011

    Review of Atlantic call minutes

       (No meeting last week.)

UBL 2.1 PRD2 SCHEDULING

    There appear to be four submissions ahead of us in the queue.

UBL 2.1 PRD3 SCHEDULING

    TSC (AS): Due to vacations, little or no activity is planned for the
    coming month, but it appears that there will be structural
    modifications to at least one of the new transport documents
    (Transport Service Plan) in PRD3 to bring it into closer alignment
    with the UBL information model.

    JB: This doesn't leave much time between the end of vacation and the
    meeting in Kars that is intended to finish UBL 2.1.

       AGREED to set 5 September as the deadline for all content changes
       to PRD3.

BUSINESS DOCUMENT ENVELOPE TASK GROUP

    TM: We are investigating three options for schema structure and have
    created a strawman for discussion.  It appears that it will be best
    to create this as a deliverable independent of the UBL library and
    name spaces.

TC CONCALL SCHEDULE

    AGREED (pending concurrence in the Atlantic call) to skip meetings
    next week.
