MINUTES OF PACIFIC UBL TC MEETING TUESDAY 24 JANUARY 2012

      TM: eFreight 2012 Conference, 9-10 May 2012 in Delft, Netherlands.

      AS: 5th European Conference on ICT in Transport Logistics (ECITL),
      8-9 November 2012 in Gothenburg, Sweden.

   Review of Atlantic call minutes

      TM: Agree with the PSC decisions reported in the Atlantic call
      minutes.  Agree with the decision to freeze features for 2.1.

BUSINESS DOCUMENT ENVELOPE TASK GROUP

   TM: Discussed in the UN/CEFACT meeting last week.  The intention is
   to have a common data model for both the UN/CEFACT Business Document
   Header and the UBL Business Document Envelope, and we hope to have
   this work completed by the time of the Forum meeting in April.

UBL 2.1 PRD3 PSC DELIVERABLES

   See Atlantic call minutes.

UBL 2.1 PRD3 TSC DELIVERABLES

   AS: The TSC meeting originally scheduled for last week is now set to
   take place Tuesday morning.

REVIEW/REWRITE OF THE DATA DICTIONARY

   TM: Making good progress using the eDoCreator interface, which works
   quite well for this, and expect the initial run through the
   definitions to be complete by 10 February.

      ACTION: JB to review the definitions and GKH to run checkers when
      TM is done.

   We note that the task of reviewing the definitions has no effect on
   the creation, review, or testing of the UBL 2.1 schemas; the only
   thing it will change is the final documentation contained in the
   schemas.

UBL 2.1 PRD3 HUBDOC

   JB: Very close to a new draft of the Data Model appendix; just one
   question for GKH pending.
