PSC DELIVERABLES

TSC DELIVERABLES

   AS: Audun has sent revised example instances, though some of the
   content is generated with dummy values from OxygenXML.

   GKH: After hand-correction of a couple of typos, these have been
   incorporated into this morning's SGTG package (see below).

   AS: But as an effect of the large-scale changes to
   DocumentStatusRequest, we now have a few more minor TSC issues.

   Many thanks to G. Ken Holman for his work in wrapping up this draft
   before he starts his Leave of Absence.

   GKH: The message also lists issues for TSC and a reminder for PSC.
   Note that the schemas in Draft2 (linked above) can be used to test
   instances.  If Audun discovers the need for a new code value in
   working to create real-world sample instances, we can revise the code
   list to contain the new value.

   JB: We will pick up the changes when GKH returns in March.
   Priorities for work to be done in his absence:

   0. New TSC issues: resolve ASAP

   1. Issues identified in the message linked above:

      PSC: Resolve the issue with Row 13 of Receipt Advice, correct in
      eDoCreator

      TSC: Correct the capitalization of Code in Transportation Status
      and Transportation Status Request in eDoCreator; correct the
      sample instances

   2. Documentation-related materials

      PSC: Revise process diagrams and provide descriptive prose for the
      new cancellation document, including appropriate new business
      rule(s); be sure to provide all diagrams as EA files

      TSC: Revise illustrations and descriptive prose to reflect changes
      since PRD2; be sure to provide all diagrams as EA files

   The goal is to have these materials in hand in time to allow a
   preliminary PRD3 package to be prepared for internal review to take
   place before GKH returns.  The diagrams require extensive handwork
   using various software tools, making their incorporation into the
   hubdoc extremely time-intensive, so revised diagrams must be
   submitted in the next week or so if we are to have a hope of
   completing a test package in time for an internal review.
