UBL 2.1 PRD3 TSC DELIVERABLES

AS: We are working on the material for Section 2 and have a call
scheduled for tomorrow morning [Tuesday]. We still have the process
descriptions and figures yet to do.

REVIEW/REWRITE OF THE DATA DICTIONARY

TM: Procurement definition work is slow at the moment, but Audun has
powered ahead on the transport definitions, and as a result, we're
about 30 to 40 percent through at this point.

SGTG DELIVERABLES

Next deliverable will occur in mid-March.

UBL 2.1 PRD3 HUBDOC

JB: Working this week on the editorial review and cross-referencing
of the wholesale revision of the dsig material accomplished by GKH
(the former Security SC Profile is now Appendix G, and Section 5 has
been and is being edited appropriately).

   Question pending for TSC:

   http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/ubl-tsc/201202/msg00008.html

TM: Defining the Bill of Lading is tricky. By mutual consent, the
BoL *can* be considered a contractual agreement, but it can *always*
be considered *evidence* of a contractual agreement.

JB: So the definition referenced above is actually correct?

   TM: Yes.

AS: What of the definitions of BoL and Waybill in the Data Dictionary?

TM: They will be updated in the process of revising the definitions.

OTHER BUSINESS

TM: Regarding the UN/CEFACT Plenary last week: the Plenary approved a
new organizational structure, new rules and procedures, a new open
development process, and the program of work for 2012-13. The
strategic directions emphasized the need for stronger coordination
with other standards development organizations and consortia. Stuart
Feder has been re-elected as chair.
