MINUTES OF ATLANTIC UBL TC MEETING WEDNESDAY 14 MARCH 2012

ATTENDANCE

   An unexpected scheduling conflict (due to the time change) forced an
   early end to this call a few minutes after it began.  However, none
   of the participants had anything significant to report today.

   Note that next week's Pacific call has been canceled, but next week's
   Atlantic call will take place as usual (modulo the shift from 17:00
   UTC to 16:00 UTC).  The Atlantic call next week is expected to be
   significant, as we are hoping to have the major PSC and TSC
   deliverables by then.
