Please try to attend and gain voting status in preparation
for the important committee process steps coming up.

UBL 2.1 PRD3 DEFINITION REVIEW

From TM: PB almost finished PSC definitions; AV and AS now have
time to clean up TSC definitions.

If a draft of the spreadsheet is ready, GKH can use it to test new
production processes. Please forward a draft at earliest convenience.

AS: TSC needs help from members such as TM with some of the definitions.

UBL 2.1 PRD3 HUBDOC

From TM: walking through the hubdoc and noting some editorial changes.

GKH has reviewed JB's methodology at arriving at the list of
committee members in Annex J, and it is sound. The list represents
all formal members (not observers) of the UBL TC since after the
UBL 2.0 Update package was released in May 2008. All that is out of
date are all of the affiliations. EACH MEMBER should review their
entry in this list and tell GKH of how their entry should read.
   Please see:

     https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/ubl/201211/msg00001.html

Most of the entries reflect the affiliation at the time the snapshot
was taken by JB. GKH is successfully merging the latest affiliation
information from OASIS on top of original affiliation information,
and will post a revised Annex J to the list for comment.

TM still looking into the production of the "uml/" directory files. Would
all members please consider what options they are aware of regarding
how we can produce these files? KD suggested that the SQL files
created by GKH might be suitable fodder for a tool to create the
files, if anyone knows of such a tool:

UBL 2.1 PRD3 Model

GKH will create a new SGTG package to post for review by the membership
as soon as possible after the database has been populated with the
latest changes. Requests for further changes are discouraged, but any
such requests would need to be accepted by PSC and TSC before being
added to the database. The intent is that the next schema generation
process will produce the final structural aspects of the schema for
UBL 2.1 with no subsequent changes unless catastrophic problems are
discovered as a result of changes made from UBL 2.0.

The last word from AB is that her work would be completed after
   November 15.

AV has contacted GKH regarding additional code lists of interest to
   users of TSC documents.

AS will review with AV that all TSC changes have been forwarded to
AB for inclusion in the database.
