UBL 2.1 PRD3 HUBDOC

   Actions from previous meetings:
2012-11-14 - all - production guidance needed for "uml/" directory
Tim - on the face of it the new tool will do the job, but the
drawings won't be styled quite like UBL 2.0 in that they
           will have more detail

   Status of work
     - feedback received from Tim and incorporated for next draft
     - more feedback received based latest edits
     - Ken H. to incorporate final edits

UBL 2.1 PRD3 Model

   Status of PSC model work

   Status of TSC model work

      Proposed changes are posted:
      https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/ubl-tsc/201212/msg00010.html

   Status of SGTG work:

Code list synthesis is underway and some questions have come up:

      https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/ubl/201212/msg00013.html

(the start of the thread is here)
      https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/ubl/201211/msg00015.html

AGREED (pending) - remove the UNDG entry for the "special-purpose/"
                        directory

AGREED (pending) - rename the CommodityCode file name to be
                        CommodityIdentificationCode

AGREED (pending) - no new changes for Line Status Code ... still
use UBL 2.0 version of the list

Committee members should review the code list descriptions in
PRD3 Draft 3 before committee vote in January.

UBL 2.1 Release Time-line

   Status of the time-line

Ken H. will try to produce a PRD03 Draft 3 by COB on Friday with all
directories except "uml/" and "asn/". Committee members are asked
to check PRD03 Draft 3 for anything being broken, not a detailed
review. The detailed review can be done during the formal public
review, but as this is the first distribution not created by Jon
it is important to check that Ken H. hasn't messed anything in its
     preparation.

The "uml/" and "asn/" directories will be asked to be created by
the end of the first week in January.

We will then try to vote on PRD03 Draft 3 as a Committee Specification
during the week of January 14.

Tim raised the issue of obtaining 3 Statements of Use ... please
consider if your company will be submitting a Statement of Use:

      https://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#definitions
"Statement of Use", with respect to a Committee Specification, is a
written statement that a party has successfully used or implemented
that specification in accordance with all or some of its conformance
clauses specified in <https://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#specQuality>Section 2.18, identifying those clauses that
apply, and stating whether its use included the interoperation of
multiple independent implementations. The Statement of Use must be
made to a specific version of the Committee Specification and must
include the Specification's approval date. The party may be an OASIS
Member or a non-member. In case of a non-member, the Statement of
Use must be submitted on the TC comment-list. A TC may require a
Statement of Use to include hyperlinks to documents, files or
demonstration transcripts that enable TC members to evaluate the
implementation or usage. A Statement of Use submitted to the TC must
be approved by TC resolution as an acceptable Statement of Use with
respect to the Committee Specification. A party can only issue one
Statement of Use for a given specification. When issued by an OASIS
Organizational Member, a Statement of Use must be endorsed by the
       Organizational Member's Primary Representative.
