UBL 2.1 PRD3 DEFINITION REVIEW
Status:
- definition files have been incorporated into the SGTG production
process (took a few tries but appears now to be functioning)
- some problems found in the definitions:

- a number of postings have been made by Ken H. with faults and
improvements in each for review
- note the summary at the start of the report is a handy place to
review definitions because of the grouping of like-named BIEs
- the latest posting for review is found here (note a reiteration

- subcommittees each please supply Ken H. with a consolidated revised
definition spreadsheet with all repairs necessary for the process
to be re-run
- Ken to work on restoring UN/TDED column values from UBL 2.0
UBL 2.1 PRD3 HUBDOC
Status:
- Ken H. has incorporated Tim's suggested edits
- some new wording for new additional document constraints is proposed:

AGREED to use the new proposed text
- Tim has supplied draft files as placebos for the uml/ directory
- we won't generate final version of the directory until after
the public review disposition has been finalized, as it is not
a normative component it can be added as editorial correction
at the very end of the process
- same is true for the non-normative asn/ and rnc/ directories
- problems detected in example instances that no longer validate

- the latest version of the hub document that was made public is
posted here, but a number of changes have been made that will be

- unexpected data type qualifications found in the document model

- Oriol supports the TendererRole code list not being part of the
distribution second-pass value validation; PSC should consider
removing this data type qualification from the model

- AGREED to remove the data type qualification and remove the
file from the special-purpose directory, and add to
the UBL home page a pointer to the BII code lists
once they are published
- Kees: could maintain a generic guidance for code lists on
the UBL wiki and just point to that from the home page
- Ken H. supports the WeekDay code list being part of the
distribution second-pass value validation; it is part of both
PSC and TSC, so please let me know if you object to how it is

Status of the time-line
- the artefacts cannot (yet) be produced for Committee Draft 3/
Public Review Draft 3
- Ken H. cannot deal with changes piecemeal as he is focused on
the artefact generation process and artefact integrity; please
note instructions above on each subcommittee grouping definition
repairs for Ken H. and grouping model repairs for Arianna
- note above that the "BBIE cardinality" issue may be a lengthy
issue to address and will impact on the time line
