UBL 2.1 PRD3 DEFINITION REVIEW

   PSC - Peter reported in private email before the meeting that a number
         of definition issues were discovered during the PSC meeting and
         that he is working on addressing them
       - Tim: the concern is that every time we look at the definitions
              more issues come up and we have to stop updating them and
              publish for the public review

   TSC - no change in status; abiding by the original deadlines

UBL 2.1 PRD3 HUBDOC

   Status - Ken H. reported content completed and now working on packaging
            the distribution with all the components
          - Ken H. has contacted Paul Thorpe (the source of the ASN.1
            models) for guidance on the protocol; he was thanked for his
            continued support of our efforts
          - Tim: the organization of the UML directory needs to be reflected
                 in the hub document
          - Tim: need for additional text regarding UBL 2.1 is adopting the
                 Tax XML Reference Model for Indirect Taxes; draft text is
                 being prepared

UBL 2.1 PRD3 Model

   Status of PSC model work - no status available for Pacific call

   Status of TSC model work - need to send editing instruction to Arianna
                              that was missed in earlier changes

   Status of SGTG work

    - review of code list metadata (all anticipated code lists have
      been drafted):

UBL 2.1 Release Time-line

   Status of the time-line

    - Tim - BII2 is about to publish their workshop agreement and it will
            include mappings to UBL 2.1; what is needed is a canonical URL
            for the final UBL 2.1 distribution:

          - with the proviso that no problems are found in the PRD3 schemas
            during the review and OASIS process, they will be equivalent

   (Note the Pacific call takes place Tuesday evenings west of the
    Atlantic Ocean)
