UBL Teleconferences cancelled this week

Fellow UBL TC members,

I am again cancelling the teleconference calls as we are still in the 
public review comment period and as yet no comments have arrived for 
us to discuss:

I am not expecting any cancellations next week.  Our next calls will 
be Wednesday 3 April 2013 at 00:00UTC (one minute after the end of 
the comment period) for the Pacific call and Wednesday 3 April 2013 
at 14:00UTC for the Atlantic call:
