Publication of voting version of UBL conformance to CCTS document

I have revised the review draft and published both the Committee Note 
Draft and Committee Note for voting at the upcoming meeting April 23, 2015:

     April 2014 does not need a public review?

   - Do members of the TC approve requesting that OASIS TC Administration
     hold a Special Majority Ballot to approve Committee Note Draft 01
     of UBL Conformance to ebXML CCTS ISO/TS 15000-5:2005 Version 1.0
     dated 23 April 2014 contained in:

     http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=52790

Please make an effort to attend and be prepared to vote by having 
reviewed the content.

I was reminded that the OASIS TC Process obliges publication of 
approved work products in revisable (in our case XML), HTML and PDF formats.

Please let me know if you have any questions, or if I have 
misinterpreted any edits, or if you feel anything needs to be changed 
before I publish the agenda for the upcoming meeting.
