Working draft 2 of NDR 3 CSD01 available for review

Fellow UBL TC'ers,

During our teleconferences I only received requests for additional 
examples in the NDR draft.  I've now included some that I hope are 
satisfactory.

No other input has been received and in order to trigger more 
discussion this week I've gone ahead and created a new working draft 
incorporating the proposed disposition of some of the comments I 
posted earlier:

I need your assistance in reviewing this document, please.

Meanwhile I have some testing to do of some of the aspects I've 
written ... and I think some of the markup examples need to be edited for fit.
