CANCELLED: Both UBL teleconferences this week

Fellow UBL members,

I have received enough advance regrets and notifications of leave 
that we do not have quorum this week for our UBL calls.

So I'm cancelling the teleconferences so that absences will not count 
against voting status.

Next call is next week, April 20, as previously scheduled.
