In the "UBL Guidelines for Mapping IFTM UN/EDIFACT Messages Version 1.0" we stated...

"In UBL 2.1 the Forwarding Instruction lacks the ability to define what the distribution of the original and copies of Bills of Lading should be. This is to be included in the next release."

So the title of the Issue is incorrect.  It should be "Allow for requested document distribution in Forwarding Instructions, Waybill and Bill of Lading document types"

The first proposal is to add the DocumentDistribution ABIE to the Forwarding Instructions document type.

Secondly as the ABIE DocumentDistribution currently only has the BBIE  "MaximumCopiesNumeric", I propose we add another BBIE for "MaximumOriginalsNumeric".
