Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] (UBL-45) Unbounded Price at line level

Oriol Bausa Peris commented on UBL-45:
--------------------------------------

I know that the PEPPOL community has used this approach because they needed to express the Gross Amount and there were no repetitions of the Price class, but I think that as the UBL TC, we need to provide for the required information elements trying to avoid specific uses of information elements intended for other purposes.

I know the way PEPPOL invoice is using the AllowanceCharge/BaseAmount to specify the Gross Price, but I think it is not the best way to handle it. I am not sure a Gross Price can be assimilated to a Charge: You have to specify whether the AllowanceCharge is an Allowance or a Charge using the ChargeIndicator, and you have to specify the AllowanceCharge/Amount with the difference of amounts.

So I have some doubts on your rejection because I think it would be clearer to use another repetition of the Price.

> It shall be possible to express both the Net and Gross Price at line level in the Invoice. Currently the Price ASBIE is 0..1.
