Roberto,

Based on your answers I would propose to add only one new optional element to LegalMonetaryTotal. That element would be "cbc:WithholdingTaxAmount". Ideally this new optional element would be included before "cbc:PrepaidAmount" and after "cbc:ChargeTotalAmount" to make the calculation a more logical flow.

I do not think there is a need to have WithholdingTaxInclusiveAmount and WithholdingTaxExclusiveAmount.

Then we can give clear instructions that this new element is "The total WithholdingTaxAmount that is applicable for this Invoice/CreditNote/etc etc"

Then the PaybaleAmount can be reduced with this amount in a calculation logic and things will still be "logical"
