Any thoughts on this?  I'm still of the belief that we do nothing and leave this as it is.

> cbc:HashAlgorithmMethod: should rather be an identifier or code value, since hash algorithms are usually refered to by URI References as specified by W3C XMLEnc. Maybe introducing HashAlgorithmMehtodIdentifier or HahsAlgorithmMethodCode alongside the now given textual representation might be a feasible solution.
