I agree, the business card document has been originally designed as a way to exchange Party information for different purposes:
- in the Yellow Pages domain
- for updating your customers in case there have been important changes in the Party information such as Bank coordinates, Legal info, ...
In the UBL specification we do not provide a full set of use cases, but I would suggest to revise the specification as follows:

2.3.8.2 Business Card
The main purpose of the Business Card is the possibility to exchange business party information with customers, suppliers and service providers.
The business card is versioned and thus it is specifically designed to provide updates of relevant trade, legal and financial information changes that may happen in the time.
Additionally, the Business Card allows a standardized way of presenting general trading capability information as well as company’s main communication channels and references to company presentations such as flyers and brochures.

2.3.8.3 Digital Capability
The Digital Capability allows a standardized way of exchanging digital trading capabilities between trading partners or with business registries for either promoting or initiating the exchange of digital documents.
The digital capabilities of business partners are the source for building a Digital Agreement.
