A publicly available UDDI implementation is the UDDI Business Registry, jointly offered by IBM, Microsoft, NTT Communications, and SAP. Its publication and inquiry services are offered free of charge. Three of the four companies also offer test registries if you want to start with non-productive
registrations first.

All necessary information, including the necessary URLs for both Web and SOAP access, are available at http://uddi.org/find.html.
