Having looked around WASP UDDI 4.5.1 I found what is apparently Systinet's
API for taxonomy management.  Mirek already stated it was accessible via
WASP UDDI Client API, but it seems like it can also be accessed as a Web
service specified in WASP_UDDI_HOME/app/uddi/WASP-INF/wsdl/taxonomy.wsdl.
