You have a number of options. First and foremost, I'd recommend selecting an SDK that closely follows the UDDI data model. I would recommend two SDKs, though note that there are others.

 

For Java: consider using UDDI4j (http://www-124.ibm.com/developerworks/oss/uddi4j/). You can find a find_business sample using this SDK at: http://www-106.ibm.com/developerworks/library/ws-uddi4j.html#N100D5. There are lots of samples available on developerWorks

 

For .NET: you would use the UDDI SDK Version 2.0 (part of the Windows Core SDK) that you can obtain from http://msdn.microsoft.com/uddi. You can find a find_business sample at http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/uddi/uddi/finding_a_business.asp?frame=true.

 

Samples are provided with each SDK.
