The v2.04 API specification states the following regarding searching by CategoryBag for the FindBusiness, FindService and FindTModel API's (see pgs. 19, 23, 25):

...an omitted tModelKey or an empty tModelKey (i.e., tModelKey="") is treated as though the tModelKey for uddiorg:general_keywords had been specified;

Would this also be true for CategoryBags passed to the SaveXxxx methods? If a TModelKey isn't specified in a KeyedReference should it altered prior to saving to specify the "uddiorg:general_keywords " tModelKey?
