The motion passed 6 to zero to reduce the board to 5.   As we agreed on the
last SC call, nominations for the 5 seats will open now.   Microsoft and
Intel have requested an extension to 7/2 for submission of nominees, so
nominations will close on 7/2.   Please post your nominees on or before
that date.   Thanks.
