Yes, your observation is correct. The sequence is redundant and should be removed.

After checking the schema, I just found another example of an unnecessary sequence of a choice: the keysOwned complexType. It should also be changed.

I know that we introduced several XML schema choices during V3 development. Obviously, some of them were just added as a child to a former sequence, instead of simply replacing it.

That higlighted SEQUENCE seems to be absolutely redundant there. To me it serves no purpose, but I can be mistaken.

Anyway, it's not a big deal if it sits there - no harm at all.
