Hi all,

Those attending NZ FTF, please, let us know your meal preferences.

The eating plan is:

1. a light breakfast is included in the cost of the room

2. for those wanting a heavier meal in the morning, please, give your
preferences directly to the host  info@brackenridge.co.nz
 They can provide a filling inexpensive morning meal for ~ $22 NZD

3. A daily morning and afternoon tea will be brought to the conference
cottage. Please, check the attachment for options.

4. We will have lunches off-site in the nearest town (10 mins away). They
give us the menu in the morning, we make our choices, fax it back and the
meals are ready by the arranged time. A selection of wineries and eateries
is happy to serve us this way. The plan is to be served quickly and waste to
time on waiting.
There is an option to have lunches on site, but then we all have to have the
same dish which doesn't sound right.

5. There are about 18 places to have a dinner out and a few dozen wineries.
