Couple more typos

spec 11.4.16.3.1:
 uddi-org:orallkeys has the wrong
name "uddi-org:andAllKeys" in the XML structure

spec 11.2.5.3.1:
 the XML structure for uddi-org:ownership_transfer_v3
lists the name as "uddi-org: ownership_transfer_v3".  The
whitespace should be removed, ie the name should be "uddi-org:ownership_transfer_v3"
as listed in 11.2.5.3

section 11.3.2.4 gives an example of
using the uddi:uddi.org:protocol:mutualauthenticatedssl3 tModelKey, but
the XML structure shows a space at the start of the key that should not
be there

Last issue... not sure if there is an
easy way to fix this...

Spec chapter 11, many of the "
characters in the XML are not actually " characters but Word's fancy
quotes.  This is only really a problem if you copy and paste the XML
structures/

Also, several of the XML tModel definitions
in the v3.0.1 spec have newlines and lots of whitespace in the middle of
<description> tags.  Since the content of a description tag
is an xsd_string, these newlines are NOT suppressed. So either the newlines
and whitespace should be removed from the spec, or the spec should state
that they are not relevant and are only there to for display purposes.
