John, Tony and I have completed the second errata of the "Using WSDL in a UDDI Registry, Version 2.0.2" Technical Note.

The changes made include:
* Changes to tModel content to make them consistent.
* Removal of section 2.5.2 (of the 20031104 version) describing an optional v3 mapping.
* Removal of Footnote 1 (of the 20031104 version).
* Clarified that a keyedReference to the XML Namespace category system MUST only be made if the definitions element has a target namespace, otherwise if there is no target namespace, the reference MUST NOT be made. See sections 2.4.1, 2.4.2 and 2.4.3.
