Joe: you can find the changes from the
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/uddi-spec/doc/spec/v302.htm page.  The
status page [1] has a "Associated Errata" column identifying the errata
version and the associated Change Request. You'll see that 3.0.2 includes
change requests CR-043 to CR-091. Each of these document describes the
content and background/justification behind the CR as well as when the CR
was submitted, reviewed and approved by the TC.

My organization would like to consider voting on the 3.0.2 spec. However, it
is unclear at this time exactly what changed between 3.0.1 and 3.0.2. I
realize that the revision PDF is available, but it would be most helpful to
us to have a list of updates from 3.0.1 to 3.0.2, to include both errata and
new features, so that we don't have to review the entire revision PDF. Can
you please tell me if such a list of updates is available, and if not, if
one can be made available during the voting period?  Thanks and Kind
