    all subsequent meetings), send out the phone number and access
    code to all participants


2.  Jon Bosak

    a. Draft a proposed resolution that indicates the
       consensus of this meeting and distribute it to all in time
       for discussion and vote at the next meeting

    b.  Followup on the invitation to John Parsons to join the
        committee

    c.  Communicate the resignations of Murray and Mary to the
        OASIS board

    d.  Request that the board appoint G. Ken Holman

    e.  If John Parsons agrees to join, request that the board
        appoint G. Ken Holman

    f.  Sketch out wording on "motion to connect" ***old item***
