MINUTES OF THE PARIS FACE-TO-FACE MEETING of the

OASIS PROCESS ADVISORY COMMITTEE, 2000-06-16





The PAC met from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Friday 16 June, 2000

at XML Europe '2000 in Le Palais des Congres de Paris in

Paris France

Reports





1.  Ken Holman reported concerns expressed by NIST

    regarding specific wording in the previous draft

    of the bylaw amendments.





Resolutions





1.  The major business was the continuing discussion and

    rewriting of the bylaw amendments.



2.  After a full day of working on the words and concepts,

    we resolved to accept the bylaw amendments as

    they had been amended over the course of the day.





3.  As previously resolved, we adjourned until the next

    scheduled telephone meeting to be held on

           Friday, 2000.07.07 (starting at 7:00 pm EST)
