As Doug said, this informal presentation was an input to the discussion rather than any kind of conclusion. 
 
In origin it was partly a boiling-down of the detailed issues I've now submitted, many of which refer to particular obscurities, and the more recent discussions.

	Doug, I understand, and I think that it may well be that, as I said in the
	earlier email, this is more indicative of inaccuracies in the current
	specifications. Negative feedback is often more useful than positive :-)
