Text changed to: "When an Activity completes, an outcome may be returned to 
the initial application in order for it to determine the final status of the 
Activity. Both success and failure state types may be encoded within an 
outcome; the format of the outcome will be defined by the referencing 
specification. This outcome is returned from the ALS associated with the 
activity via the Context Service."
