0.3 , section 2, para below fig 4, last sentence is in error. As is described 
in para to of 0.3, section 4, a by-value context mutates into multiple 
contexts - there is no single "by value" copy.

A description is needed of the assumptions and implications of propagation by 
value and by reference of a context whose content changes. The para from 
section 4 is a good starting point, but the equivalent for by-reference in 
needed (including the implications for co-location of additional updating 
services and the dereferencing service)
