The current 0.1 version of WS-CF states:

"•	Defines demarcation points which specify the start and end points of 
coordinated activities; this is done automatically by invoking an Activity"

This is not the case: the coordinator instance is created when the activity is 
begun (context is created) and is destroyed (coordination point may occur) 
when the activity ends. So there aren't demarcation points defined by WS-CF; 
they are defined implicitly because of its relationship with WS-Context.
