Public Review Request

Jamie,

At our CAF F2F meeting today the group agreed to issue the latest
ws-context spec for public review. Furthermore, since this will be the
second public review, the group further agreed that the review period
should be for 15 days. Please start this review process as soon as
possible. 7 out of the total 11 voting members of the TC agreed to this
public review - the remainder were not present at the meeting.
