I am trying to check with Jamie on this. It looks like to me that since
this is about bringing the wsdl into line with the document that we have
an editorial error in that an update was not applied that should have
been. The actual doc text requires no change. Personally fixing up the
wsdl and putting the packake out for CD vote again works for me (since
we really haven't deceided anything new), but Jamie needs to advise.
