Apologies for neither sending out an agenda nor cancelling the meeting!
I enabled the bridge just in case, and myself and Pete exchanged happy thoughts for a few minutes.
Since there was no agenda sent out before hand, I did not take roster, and will not declare this a formal meeting for voting rights.
