Schedules for Distributed Generation and Storage

I've attached a document developed by about 25 utilities and PV inverter
manufacturers via an EPRI project. It identifies a number of different
types of schedules that need to be sent between utilities/energy service
providers and DER units at a customer site. Please include these
capabilities, which include volt/var arrays as part of schedules, and
random times to initiate the next schedule item (to avoid step changes
from hundreds of DER units), ramp rates, etc.
