Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Commented: (WSCALENDAR-228) Case of gluontype wrong
[ http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/WSCALENDAR-228?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=25261#action_25261 ] Toby Considine commented on WSCALENDAR-228: ------------------------------------------- The CamelCase convention that we are using says UpperCamel for Types, lowerCamel for elements. One could make a cogent argument that the memes are W-S-Calendar-Attach-Type If so, that would, following the rule, lead to WSCalendarAttachType which is OK. On the other hand wSCalendarAttach looks like a typo. Alternately we could have WS-Calendar-Attach-Type This would result in WsCalendarAttachType which is OK and wsCalendarAttach. I think this pair is acceptable Finally we could have the memes as WSCalendar-Attach-Type This would result in WscalendarAttachType which is OK and wscalendarAttach. I like this better than the first choice, but not as well as the second. > Case of gluon type wrong > ------------------------ > > Key: WSCALENDAR-228 > URL: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/WSCALENDAR-228 > Project: OASIS Web Services Calendar (WS-Calendar) TC > Issue Type: Bug > Components: schema > Affects Versions: wd19 > Reporter: Michael Douglass > Assignee: Toby Considine > > Case of gluon type wrong > <xs:complexType name="wsCalendarGluonType"> > Same for > <xs:complexType name="WsCalendarIntervalType"> > Also > <xs:complexType name="WscalendarTypeType"> > <xs:complexContent mixed="false"> > <xs:extension base="xcal:TextPropertyType"/> > </xs:complexContent> > </xs:complexType> > > <xs:complexType name="WscalendarAttachType"> > What is the correct form WsCalendar or WSCalendar? -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira
