Introduction to Internet Calendaring and Scheduling

Here is a link to an updated version of our introduction to calendaring document.  It has been revised to include specific references to WS-Calendar and CalWS, and more emphasis on scheduling (including the title).

I believe that this document meets the request for a Technical Note providing introductory information about calendaring and scheduling standards.  I propose that WS-Calendar provide a link to this document rather than bothering to extract or rebrand it to an OASIS Technical Note, if there is a way to do that without violating any OASIS rules.   

At one point Toby talked of "dual branding" which would be another approach although it would probably require more work to accomplish.
