Things I'd like to see done in this timeframe:

Get 1.1 PR01 out with the following included:
    Sections on calendar server update
    Cleaned up conformance (mapping approach)
    Streams from Energy Interop, contibuted to WS-Calendar by the authors
    Clarity on substitution group mapping and cleanup for WSI-Basic Profile (the quadrilateral)
